Le mot japonais « manga » souvent traduit littéralement par « image dérisoire » ou « dessin non abouti », est composé de « ga » qui désigne la représentation graphique (« dessin », « peinture » ou toute image dessinée), et « man », « involontaire », « divertissant », « sans but ».
Allier ces dessins à de la photographie graphique me tentait, le résultat se veut surprenant. Les photographies utilisées sont toutes réalisées par mes soins, des jeux de surimpressions en font le résultat final.

The Japanese word “manga” often translated literally as “paltry image” or “unfulfilled drawing”, is composed of “ga” which refers to the graphic representation (“drawing”, “painting” or any image drawn), and “man”, “involuntary”, “entertaining”, “aimless”.
Combining these drawings with graphic photography tempted me, the result is surprising. The photographs used are all made by me, games of overprints make the final result.

La palabra japonesa “manga” a menudo traducida literalmente por “imagen irrisoria” o “dibujo sin terminar”, está compuesta por “ga" que designa la representación gráfica (dibujo, pintura o cualquier imagen dibujada), y “man”, “involuntario”, “entretenido”, “sin objetivo”.
Combinar estos dibujos con la fotografía gráfica me tentaba, el resultado es sorprendente. Las fotografías utilizadas son todas realizadas por mí, los juegos de sobreimpresión hacen el resultado final.
